Welcome to my e-portfolio.
My name is Maria, I am currently a second year student at the California State University of Monterey Bay (CSUMB). I am (ironically) a Math Major. I find this particularly ironic because in high school, math was my least favorite subject. Furthermore, when I started college I as placed in remedial math. It wasn’t until my second semester when I failed Calculus(I) that I (ironically) wanted to be a math major. So why did I choose math as my major if I was so bad it? It was because I finally realized how fascinating math is to me. Math allows a person to look at the world in a completely different way and it wasn’t until recently that I began to appreciate all that the subject has to offer.
This e- portfolio contains assignments from my Math 170 class and in the future it might contain work from other courses I will take.
